1. Sponsor

The Timeless Hawaii Getaway Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Timeless Select, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“Sponsor” or “Timeless”), 215 S Rockford Dr #104 Tempe, AZ 85288.

2. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes opens on July 21, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. local Sponsor time and closes on September 30, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. local Sponsor time (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Entry Period early upon notice posted on the Website and at Sponsor’s retail locations, for any reason.

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Arizona, California, Illinois, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, and Oklahoma (the “Eligible States”) who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry. Employees (and their immediate family or household members) of Sponsor and of any entity involved in the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertising, or promotion of the Sweepstakes are not eligible. “Immediate family members” means spouses, parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, and step-siblings, and their respective spouses. “Household members” means persons who share the same residence at least three months of the year. Sponsor may verify any element of an entry or entrant’s eligibility, including requiring an affidavit of eligibility.

4. How to Enter — No Purchase Necessary

There are two ways to enter. Both receive equal weight in the random drawing described in Section 6.

(a) Free Mail-In Entry (No Sign-Up Required). Hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, e-mail address, and date of birth on a 3″ x 5″ card and mail it to: Timeless Hawaii Getaway Giveaway, 215 S Rockford Dr #104 Tempe, AZ 85288, to be received by September 30, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person/household during the Entry Period.

(b) Newsletter Sign-Up (Bonus Entries). Entrants who register for Timeless’s e-mail newsletter during the Entry Period at here will automatically receive one (1) base entry plus [X] bonus entries (for a total of [X+1] entries). Newsletter sign-up is free and requires no purchase.

5. Prizes; Approximate Retail Value

One (1) winner will receive the following prize package, with a combined total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $4,000.00:

 • Prepaid gift card (travel/spending) — $500.00 ARV

 • 55,000 World of Hyatt points — $1,430.00 ARV, per Hyatt’s published point valuation as of 7/1/2026.

 • 60,000 Southwest Rapid Rewards points — $1,800.00 ARV, per Southwest’s published point valuation as of 7/1/2026.

 • Timeless-branded merchandise — $270.00 ARV, at fair market retail value

One (1) winner will be selected. The Sweepstakes is promoted with a Hawaii theme, but the prize is not a Hawaii travel package and is not restricted to Hawaii travel. The gift card and points may be used by the winner for any purpose permitted by the applicable card issuer, Hyatt, and Southwest, including but not limited to travel to any destination of the winner’s choosing, or no travel at all. The winner is solely responsible for booking, and for all costs, terms, and conditions associated with, any travel or redemption, including arranging accommodations and flights and complying with each issuer’s and program’s own terms, blackout dates, expiration policies, and change/cancellation rules.

Prize value may not be sufficient to cover the full cost of travel, lodging, or other expenses for two travelers. Redemption of Hyatt and Southwest points is subject to availability and dynamic pricing, and specific travel dates cannot be guaranteed. The winner is solely responsible for any costs that exceed the value of the prize.

6. Winner Selection; Odds

One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries (mail-in and newsletter, combined) received during the Entry Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The winner will be notified by e-mail and/or the mailing address provided and must verify eligibility within seventy-two (72) hours (3 days) of notification, which may include signing an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. If a winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the required time, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner selected by random drawing from remaining eligible entries. No prize substitution is permitted except that Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Taxes

EACH WINNER IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL APPLICABLE FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES associated with acceptance and use of the prize. Where required, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 to the winner and file accordingly. The winner must provide any information Sponsor reasonably requests to complete required tax reporting.

8. Entry Conditions; Errors; Tampering

Sponsor reserves the right to void entries submitted through any automated, robotic, or duplicative method, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or garbled entries, technical failures, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control affecting the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned for any reason, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical failure, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes and select winners from eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of termination.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agencies, and each of their officers, directors, and employees, from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damage, injury, or expense arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, including any travel or redemption activity undertaken using the prize.

10. Consent to Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, city/state of residence, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation.

11. Governing Law

These Sweepstakes Rules and any dispute arising from the Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory local law of an Eligible State — including the New York Rider at Addendum A — requires otherwise.

12. Personal Information

Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

13. State Addenda

A New York Rider applies to entrants who are legal residents of New York and is attached as Addendum A. In the event of any conflict between the Official Sweepstakes Rules and Addendum A, Addendum A controls as to New York entrants only.

THIS ADDENDUM SUPPLEMENTS THE OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES AND APPLIES ONLY TO ENTRANTS WHO ARE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF NEW YORK, TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. SEE THE OFFICIAL SWEEPSTAKES RULES AND THIS ADDENDUM (COLLECTIVELY, THE “SWEEPSTAKES RULES”) FOR FULL ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY DETAILS. THIS SWEEPSTAKES WILL BE CONSTRUED AND EVALUATED ACCORDING TO APPLICABLE FEDERAL AND STATE LAW. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

This New York Rider applies only to entrants who are legal residents of the State of New York and supplements, and where inconsistent controls over, the Official Sweepstakes Rules above.

1. Registration Threshold

The current total Approximate Retail Value of the prize package ($4,000.00) is below the $5,000.00 threshold under New York General Business Law § 369-e at which sweepstakes registration and bonding with the New York Secretary of State is required. Accordingly, Sponsor has not registered this Sweepstakes or posted a bond in New York. If the total prize value is increased to $5,000.00 or more at any time before the close of the Entry Period, Sponsor will complete registration and bonding as required by law before continuing to accept or draw from New York entries.

2. Winner List

New York residents may request the name of the winner and a copy of these Sweepstakes Rules by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to 215 S Rockford Dr #104 Tempe, AZ 85288, Attn: NY Winner List Request, postmarked no later than October 30, 2026.

3. Governing Law for New York Entrants

Notwithstanding Section 11 of the Official Sweepstakes Rules, claims or disputes brought by entrants who are New York residents will be resolved under the laws of the State of New York to the extent required by applicable New York law.
